QWhat should be paid attention to in the installation of high temperature bearing?

A1. Clean the bearing and rotate flexibly 2. Vertical type: the radius of the fixed circle ball port is 90 degrees to the load direction; flat type: the end face with the ball port is upward 3. The end face with the ball port is inward, and is not impacted by the installation force. 4. A1. Choose low viscosity grease to ensure the existence of oil film. When the bearing is running at high speed, it will produce high resistance, more heat and lead to high temperature. 2. Oil products with high viscosity and flash point, good oil property and oxidation resistance stability and corresponding additives shall be selected when working at high temperature. Due to the working environment, oil with strong anti emulsification, oil and rust resistance shall be selected for bearing grease, and dust-proof sealing shall be paid attention to in dusty environment. The environment with corrosive gas should choose the grease with good corrosion resistance.

AHigh temperature resistance of common bearing steel: 150-200 ℃ (its structure is full rolling body, short service life, high maintenance cost in later stage) High temperature alloy steel: 300-500 ℃ (its structure includes two kinds of cage and full rolling body; its service life is more than one year, recommended) Silicon nitride ceramic rolling element: 800-1200 ℃ (its structure is full of rolling element, with long service life and high cost) If your use environment does not exceed 500 ℃, you can use the second material.
